Frank Mir Believes Brock Lesnar Could Have Ruled Heavyweight Division If Not For Illness

Former UFC Heavyweight Champion, Frank Mir says he believes fellow former Champion and WWE star, Brock Lesnar could of ruled the UFC if it had not been for illness. Lesnar was forced to retire from MMA after suffering from an extreme case of diverticulitis which led to major surgery, but Mir says we never got to see the Brock Lesnar that he faced on two occasions, the second of which being brutal beatdown of Mir.

UFC Flyweight contender, Joseph Benavidez has been speaking about his upcoming clash with Darren Uyenoyama this weekend on the undercard of UFC on FOX 7 in San Jose, California. 'Joe-Jitsu' talked about Duane Ludwig's influence on the Team Alpha Male camp since joining up with them, saying it feels more complete with the Muay Thai practioner on board. Dana White Says More Women's Weight Division Likely For The Future

Swedish MMA Federation Explain Gustafsson Removal From UFC on FUEL 9
After the Swedish MMA Federation refused to allow Alexander Gustafsson to fight at last weeks UFC on FUEL 9 event in Sweden days before due to a cut, they have came under fire from many sections of the MMA community, including UFC President Dana White for not clearing the Swede to fight. The SMMAF have released a statement concerning their decision, saying the danger was the cut could have easily reopened.
